Oliver and Company Roscoe and DeSoto attack Oliver Fagins meets Sykes 2
Roscoe and Desoto help their boss intimidate the crime boss, Carface. However, Sykes is killed in a car accident engineered by Carface. Swearing revenge, the two dogs hunt down their enemy. Carface takes refuge with Cat R. Waul. Though Waul sends his Cat Gang against the Dobermans, Roscoe and Desoto make short work of the felines.

William "Bill" Sykes is the main antagonist of Disney's 1988 animated feature film, Oliver & Company. He is based on the character Bill Sikes of Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist, of which the film is actually a modern reimagining. He is a loan shark who operates out of a warehouse by the docks. He is also the owner of two Dobermans, Roscoe and DeSoto. He was voiced by the late Robert Loggia.
